Thelma Imogene "Hammer" Carry of Keota, Oklahoma passed away August 23, 2010 in Stigler, Oklahoma at the age of 67. She was born August 21, 1943 in Stigler to Joe and Lee Timmons.
Imogene is survived by;
Two daughters:
Pam Storment and husband, Howard, of Stigler, Oklahoma
Lisa Carry of Keota, Oklahoma
Five sisters:
Clara Boston and husband, Bill, of Keota
Lola McClain and husband, Doug, of Stigler
Diana Gossett and husband, Melvin, of Keota
Treasa Bryant and husband, Jerry, of Keota
Tina Pearsons and husband, Johnny, of Keota
Four brothers:
Larry Timmons of Keota
Mitchell Timmons and wife, Jerrie, of Keota
Jeff Timmons and wife, Vickie, of Keota
Marty Timmons and wife, Evelyn, of Keota
Two grandsons:
Robert Storment and wife, Angelique, of Stigler
Bradley Storment of Stigler
One granddaughter: Charla Olds and husband, Jeff, of Keota, Oklahoma
Five great grandchildren:
Hunter and Haiden Storment of Stigler and Whitley, JJ, and Dakota Olds of Stigler
Imogene was predeceased by her husband, Henry Carry and her parents, Joe and Lee Timmons.
She was a longtime member of Bellar Mountain Holliness Church. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and great grandmother, who enjoyed her great grandkids. She enjoyed spending time with family and friends, and going to church. Imogene will be missed by all of those who knew her. She was a very loving sister-in-law that was loved as a sister. Imogene retired from Keota Schools after 34 years.
