Richard Doyle Braden, Sr. of Pocola was born February 8, 1941 in Van Buren, Arkansas to Orba and Opal M. (Kerr) Braden and passed away Saturday, June 26, 2010 in Fort Smith, Arkansas at the age of 69.
He is survived by;
Two daughters: Rebecca Crenshaw and husband Garvis of Antlers, Oklahoma and Ramona Getz and husband Jimmy of Poteau, Oklahoma
Three sons: Stan Braden and wife Kim of Vian, Oklahoma, Richard Braden, Jr. and Jaime of Sallisaw, Oklahoma, Billy Braden and wife Patty of Pocola, Oklahoma and Barbara Jenkins
Two brothers: Jimmy Ray Braden and wife Charlene of Las Vegas, Nevada and Robert Braden of Austin, Texas
14 Grandchildren
9 Great Grandchildren
He was of the Baptist faith and enjoyed fishing, hunting, working on cars and spending time with his grandchildren.

I am Richard Braden 2nd.cousin ,my mother was Betty(Garrett)Thigpin'b.1936-d.1982.
